Debra Moore has an M.A. in Research Methodology from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently a doctoral candidate finishing her dissertation in the same program. She is a former NBPTS certified elementary music teacher with 13 years of classroom experience. Her previous research projects involve the evaluation of STEM educational initiatives, the development of an outcomes-based science curriculum at the college level, and the measurement of competence. Personal research interests focus on applied issues in educational measurement, testing, and accountability systems.
